Gabriel, is a seasoned Legal Practitioner with varied practice experience, including criminal defence, cybercrime and dispute resolution. With a career that bridges the world of law and technology, Gabriel holds LL.M in International Law and Global Challenges from the prestigious Newcastle University, UK, LL.B from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and BL from the Nigerian Law School. His academic foundation is further complemented by hands-on work experience at the World Trade Organisation (WTO)/UK Mission, Geneva, Switzerland, including his training at the prestigious Geneva Graduate Institute, where he deepened his expertise in international law, trade and defence policies. Gabriel also had a stint at the United Nations (UN), United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), International Trade Center (ITC), and Advisory Center on WTO Law, all in Geneva, Switzerland.
Gabriel is the Co-Founding Partner of Paraclete & Earth Increase LP (www.paraclearth.com), a full-service firm headquartered at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. He is also the Co-Founder/Editor-in-Chief of AAERLaw (www.aaerlaw.com), a dynamic digital platform providing legal resource, research, and professional development across Africa. Through AAERLaw, he continues to shape the future of legal practice by leveraging legal technology (LegalTech) to enhance access to knowledge, legal research, and streamline legal processes.
Gabriel is a recipient of numerous awards, including – Joint University Study Tour (JUST)/Internship, Geneva – Global Opportunities Scholarship; Newcastle Law School – Alumni Postgraduate Environmental Law Scholarship; Niger Delta Development Commission, Nigeria – LLM scholarship award; Law Awards Gala – The Most Promising Advocate of the Year; and Analawgy Magazine – 100 Most Influential Lawyers in Nigeria. He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Law Association (ILA), Young Arbitrators Group (YAG), NBA Section on Business Law, NBA Section on Legal Practice and an Associate, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He has led many associations, committees and societies. Currently, Gabriel is the Secretary, NBA Lawyers in Diaspora Forum, and a member of the NBA Digital Committee.
